General Assembly on February 7, 2023.
The last general meeting was held on February 8, 2023, so it's just a year since we last sat here. It has also been a year without restrictions, which has been nice, among other things. we have again been able to show guests around the workshops and we have worked without having to make sure there were not too many at tim
The year started really well, we sold two houses. The first thing that was a lining ceremony was Gundtoft's corner, which has been purchased by Tree Tops A/S from Vamdrup. It was the director who gave it a Christmas gift to his investors. So sad if we have not visited by a celebrity, Jesper Buch, who is also Kolding Boy
Later in April, it was Mosbæk's colors that were laping, it was sold to the Mosbæk/Trillingsgaard family, where the mother has lived in the property and is still alive. She now lives in nursing homes and has had the residents out here to see her property. Others of the family have also been here and it is always great to be visited by our homeowners. At the same time, the coloring was also a new property that was put out to the opening in April
The mini -town has also been nicely visited over the summer, we have registered approx. 16,500 visitors manually and we are not here all the time.
After several years without the big activities, we were able to arrange a summer outing again this year. The trip went to Ærø and we had a really good day. In addition, we have our regular event Skt. His evening, Christmas lunch and if we can think of otherwise to celebrate. After all, our motto is fun and building.
Actions during the year. We have been given a new accounting program, as here as per. January 1, 2023 it will replace it earlier. By 2022 it has run alongside the old program. I do not want to go into depth, but would just like to mention that you are now among other things. can sign up via the website, and there is also someone as a user, just like membership lists and more. All of this is found in the same program so that you no longer have to get into different program
Then we have also bought new laptop PCs for mayor, treasurer and the City Council Secretary. We had some old stationary that was hard to work on, and we have to follow technically just as our programs have been upgraded. Suddenly, our printer would not anymore, so we also got a new one, so we are also right in the office.
We also try to become more visible, both to become known and get more members. By 2022, we had been invited by City Kolding to participate in the May Market, which we accepted, but that did not turn into what we had been promised. At the same time the weather wasn't with us either, so it wasn't the greatest success
In September we attended the Day of Handicraft in Christiansfeld, which is a recurring event and we are waiting to attend again in 2023. There are always many visitors, and this time we thought we had a new asset, but it was not This time. But we will see and become more familiar.
We also try to become more visible, both to become known and get more members. By 2022, we had been invited by City Kolding to participate in the May Market, which we accepted, but that did not turn into what we had been promised. At the same time, the weather wasn't with us either, so it wasn't the biggest success.
Geographical Garden has held three markets where we were invited to all three and where we had a booth. We were seen and many also made their trip down the mini -town to see more. The plant market was also well sold, but it was worse for the harvest market and the Christmas market.
We have offered all active mini -builders either a blouse or shirt with a logo so we can be visible, both here in the minibus or if we are out of the house.
Our treasurer Bent has been visiting in 2022 at various minibyers in Denmark. In Maribo, he saw a new system to put roofs so that the water can run off without wanting to frost in winter. We have tried to use it, and are in the process of producing a new roof to Staldgården.
The future:
There is bricks diligently on J. P. Jensen's farm, just when it is finished to put out, I have no date, but Steen and Gunner work very diligently.
Then there is the replacement to take on the stable farm, but our building committee can answer more than me.
Aksel Olsen's House, which we gave the Geographical Garden in an anniversary gift, and which is in the Greenhouse, will be moved outside the year. The initial exercises have started.
We are also working to get an automatic counting device at our input so that all visitors are registered
Work is also being done to hold an open house event this spring, to get more members. And is there anyone in between who will also be active it will be really good but everyone is welcome
Otherwise it is maintenance and possibly Some new buildings planned in 2023.
Unfortunately, we have some long -term sick people, we will send you a greeting here from the general meeting and look forward to coming back
Finally, on behalf of the City Council, I would thank you all, without you there would not be a Kolding Miniby.
Linda Lyhne
Mini mayor.
