On Tuesday, May 20, 2025, Kjøge Mini-Town hosted this year's Miniature Town Meeting, bringing together 27 enthusiastic participants from eight different miniature towns. Represented were Viborg, Kolding, Munkebo, Assens, Odsherred, Slangerup, Maribo, and of course, the hosts from Kjøge.

An important agenda item was the discussion on future structure and meeting frequency. A proposal to divide the miniature towns into three regions was positively received. The proposed regions are:

Region Nord: Skagen, Sæby, Løkken, Frøstrup, Aalborg, Viborg, Daugbjerg, Hobro og Thisted
Region Syd: Varde, Vejen, Fredericia, Kolding, Munkebo, Assens og Faaborg
Region Øst: Odsherred, Slangerup, Roskilde, Korsør, Køge, Faxe Ladeplads og Maribo

North Region: Skagen, Sæby, Løkken, Frøstrup, Aalborg, Viborg, Daugbjerg, Hobro, and Thisted South Region: Varde, Vejen, Fredericia, Kolding, Munkebo, Assens, and Faaborg East Region: Odsherred, Slangerup, Roskilde, Korsør, Køge, Faxe Ladeplads, and Maribo The idea is to hold national meetings every other year, alternating between the regions, with the possibility of regional meetings in between. The next national meeting is proposed to be in the North Region in 2027.

There was also discussion about the possibility of free access to each other's miniature towns. The conclusion was that individuals do not get free access, but groups with prior arrangement can visit each other's miniature towns for free. grupper med forudgående aftale kan besøge hinandens minibyer gratis.
